Pasco County has received delivery of 2 new
American LaFrance engines.They are a rescue body design with full
depth compartments.The chassis is a Freightliner FL80 crew cab. Each has a 1000gpm Hale
pump with a 750 gallon water tank. Both units are in service as ALS pumpers
with locking medical compartments. They have removable quartz flood lights with
telescoping tripod stands. The ladders are conveniently placed out of the weather in
compartments under the hose bed.
